  I have to say that your Policy's are a JOKE!.
  I work away from home to provide for my family, I have been advised to see my doctor by the pharmacy about a chest infection, but you can only ring up to book an appointment & 8.30am, first inline today & was told there are no appointments left.
  I explained that I work away & I would be bk in Clevedon in the afternoon, the answer I got was you can only ring bk when you are in Clevedon & someone will call you, last time someone called me @ 7.30pm, to late for a prescription.
  So if it is a chest infection & you want me to book an appointment for later next week.
  Maybe I should just buy a crystal ball to tell me when I will be next unwell.
  The first time this happens the Reciptionist told me to move to London as I seem to be there most of the time. Not very professional Clevedon Medical Centre.
